I am extremely knowledgeable in various aspects of Real Estate, before I started my career as an Agent My husband had already been a Realtor for many years as we invested in rentals & flipped properties throughout the years I learned the ins & outs of Real Estate and market trends.
After having children we decided to build a family business & open up our own boutique brokerage. Now a realtor myself for our company Diamond Quality Real Estate, I feel as all is right with the world as I pride myself of living up to our name & providing Diamond Quality service to all of myclients no matter their budget.
I am told my personality makes home buying and selling fun and stress free. Growing up locally and scouring the greater Sacramento area for my own properties , has made me a true expert in both Sacramento & Placer County. I will work hard for you to find the right home or Investment Property at the right price and make sure we submit the strongest offer possible. As a master negotiator you can trust in me to get the job done. When Listing with me I will always make showing prospective buyers your home a priority and be readily available to give you Diamond Quality Services. One of my many tactics that I have found to be super effective is my MARKETING skills I hit all major platforms hard. If the market is slow I will use out of the box ideas to gain new attraction to new pool of buyers . My talents also include negotiating the purchase contract, arrange financing, fight for you every step of the way. I oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and Thoroughly explain all contracts disclosures and any other confusing documents to make this process as easy as possible. I enjoy working closely with with my clients and helping people achieve the American Dream by staking their claim to the land. I will be taking care of everything from start to finish and even after the transaction ends, I will always be available for any and all your Real Estate Questions & Needs.
